DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY
Once a booking has been confirmed to us, we will change the booking’s status from “provisional” to “confirmed” on condition that you
have paid the non-refundable deposit of 50%.
Deposit payable by Bank transfer or Western Union.
Full payment is due eight weeks prior to arrival date, after which our cancellation fees escalate in accordance with
our cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification.
If cancellation is prior to 8 weeks before departure your deposit is forfeited.
If your cancellation is made after the due date for full payment of our rates,
charges will be levied.
